My name is Alan Cernak.
I am a studio artist at the Goggleworks Center for the Arts in Reading, PA (Studio 306). I work in colored pencil, acrylic paint and mixed media. All pieces also available as giclee prints priced from $60-180–ask about specific works and sizes.

I have worked as a community liaison for the Reading Cherry Blossom Festival, doing origami and other demonstrations and bringing free anime films to Goggleworks and area schools/colleges. Contact me if you are interested in showing anime at your school.

I am affiliated with the Kyoto International Manga Museum and have brought the work of Japanese manga artists to the Goggleworks for exhibition.

I also do many other types of projects with area schools, such as area-wide student art shows, creating sculpture gardens and much-larger-than-life 5′ origami cranes. You can read more about these in the “projects” section of this website.
